STEP 4 (PLL)

The last step to solving the rubik's cube is to Permute the Last Layer. At this point, the entire top layer has been solved however all the piece around the side are not in the correct orientation. This last step has 21 different cases that can occur and will completely solve your rubik's cube. Using a combination of the corner rotation algorithms and the edge rotation algorithms you can also do Two-Look PLL for this last step instead of learning all twenty-one algorithms.
